Bassey and Marvis attend 3rd edition of Cocktails & Dresses

The recently concluded Big Brother Naija stars, Marvis and Bassey, were earlier this week present at the third edition of Cocktails & Dresses, a convergence of African fashion shoppers and retailers.

Marvis and Bassey were seen alongside personalities like Ade Bakare, veteran couture designer, Frank Osodi, CEO House of Bunor Creazioni, and Tara Fela-Durotoye, founder House of Tara, were also in attendance.

Animated Africa-made products – dresses, beauty products, shoes, and accessories – were on display at exhibition booths which took place at the Grand Ballroom of Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Talking about the event, founder & CEO of, Olatorera Oniru, said:

“This semi-annual movement established to innovate, create, entertain and magnify the massive made in Africa potentials.”

“Our foremost goal is to continuously grow, innovate and multiply every strategic number of significance. From over 500 attendees at the very first event to thousands at subsequent events. Cocktails & Dresses is more than just sales & exhibition. It encourages more greatness to emerge from our continent.”
