“President Buhari Critically ill, Set To Be Flown Out Of Nigeria” – PDP
The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, has alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari is critically ill. While there is no official confirmation or denial of the claim by the opposition party from the Presidency, our correspondent reports that Buhari yesterday received the outgoing ambassadors of China and Iran at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
However, the PDP via its official Twitter handle yesterday, claimed that the president is currently receiving treatment for an undisclosed ailment at the Presidential Villa preparatory to his going abroad next week for “medical checkup”.
Meanwhile, one of the many reasons that came out about President Buhari not being able to visit Lagos to commission some roads was that he had Ear infection. When President Buhari was campaigning rumour had it too that he was sick and since then there has been little hearsay here and there about him travelling out for medical check up.
Bringing us to the question; is our President sick or is it just rumour???
1. Go-slow: When Nigerians say go-slow, they mean congested traffic, which is wrong. The meaning of go-slow in the English dictionary is, a form of industrial action in which work or progress is deliberately delayed or slowed down.
