Looking young is never a bad thing because definitely, nobody wants to look older than his or her age.

Green Tea contains certain chemical compounds which help the skin to stay fresh and smooth, thereby, preventing wrinkles from developing on the skin. Catechins and polyphenols in green tea are responsible for this.

The flavonols and flavonoids contained in cocoa help to develop an elastic and wrinkle-free skin making cocoa an ideal food for a smooth and fresh skin.



  1. Avocado Pear

Avocado is great for culinary purposes (cooking) but also great for preventing wrinkles on the skin. It is filled with Vitamin E and other healthy oils which slow down the aging process and keeps the skin glowing and wrinkle-free.
