Porn Star, Stormy Daniels sues Trump over ‘hush agreement’

Porn star, Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Tuesday claiming a nondisclosure agreement between her and US president, Donald Trump is invalid and she is free to publicly discuss the alleged Trump tryst, according to the suit.

Lawyer to Daniels and Trump, Michael Cohen signed the agreement three days before the 2016 presidential election.

Donald Trump was identified as David Dennison and Daniels is referred to as Peggy Peterson in the agreement.

The agreement mentions the existence of certain “still images and/or text messages” that were authored by or relate to Trump.

It was still not clear the types of images or texts Trump may have sent to Daniels but the documents, which the lawsuit refers to as a “hush agreement,” includes a blank where Trump was supposed to sign — but he allegedly did not add his signature.

Although the lawsuit claims that Trump did not sign the agreement in case he needed to deny its existence at a future date but Daniels received $130,000 in accordance with the agreement — despite the fact that it wasn’t signed by Trump, the suit says.

She however claimed that Cohen has breached the agreement by talking about the payment publicly.

Daniels, 38, also says Trump bullied her into keeping quiet and now she’s fighting back.

“To be clear, the attempts to intimidate Ms. Clifford into silence and ‘shut her up’ in order to ‘protect Mr. Trump’ continue unabated,” the suit says. “On or about Feb. 27, 2018, Mr. Trump’s attorney Mr. Cohen surreptitiously initiated a bogus arbitration proceeding against Ms. Clifford in Los Angeles.”

In a 2011 interview published earlier this year by In Touch Weekly, Daniels stated that she and Trump’ path crossed in 2006 during a celebrity golf tournament and the alleged trysts with Trump took place at locations such as the Beverly Hills Hotel and Lake Tahoe.

Meanwhile, Cohen could not be reached for comment.
