Emmanuel Adebayor Adopts His Late Brother, Peter’ son

Former Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City striker, Emmanuel Adebayor, has taken custody of his late brother’s son who he has now named, Junior Emmanuel Adebayor.

The footballer took to one of his social media account to reveal this to the delight of his fans who saw the action as indeed a good one.

While sharing a photo of them both, Emmenuel Adebayor wrote :

‘Whoever knows me knows my elder brother, Peter Adebayor who is no longer with us’

‘Here is his son and today I declare him as my first son. Let me introduce you to my first son. His name is Junior Emmanuel Adebayor. Blessings.’

His elder brother Peter, died in the year 2013, leaving his son behind.

Prior to his death, Peter as well as other family members were accused by Emmanuel of witchcraft and he claimed that they planned to kill him and also plotted to inherit his investments.

The footballer even confessed of being suicidal at that point.

If everything he accused his family is anything to go by, then his present action of adopting Peter’s son goes a long way to sow how kind he could be.
